Any order placed by you for products advertised on our website is considered an offer by you to purchase the products in your order.
Every time you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. The receipt notification is not a confirmation that the order has been accepted.
Any product from our catalog can be added to the cart. In this, only the items, quantity, price and total amount will be observed. Once the basket is saved, the charges and discounts will be calculated according to the payment and shipping information entered.
The baskets do not have any administrative connection, it is only a section where a budget can be simulated without any commitment on both parties.
NIRAMI may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the USER's access to its services and training, in whole or in part, when the USER does not comply with the obligations established in this contract or any legal provision, license, regulation, directive, code of practices or policies that apply to you.
By placing an order with NIRAMI, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms, conditions and delivery times set out in writing on this site.
We reserve the right to terminate the sales contract if payment for the ordered goods is not received in full.
Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout process when you complete your order.
If you wish to change the delivery address after the products have been dispatched from our shipping centre, we will ask you to cover the shipping costs for the redirection. Please note that redirection approval is subject to your order and your account status.
Example:If an order is shipped with an incorrect zip code, we will only refund the item and you must place the order again and pay the postage if you still wish to receive the order.
Orders are intended to be delivered depending on the geographical area (for more details see the chapter “Shipping costs”. Please note that a business day is any day other than weekends and holidays or bank days.
We do our best to ensure that products are delivered as quickly as possible after accepting your order. However, NIRAMI will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days (please note that at peak times (October-December) orders may take 3 business days.
Postal orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive after an order is placed.
Prices on the website are in EURO (€).
European Union customers who, at the time of ordering, provide a valid VAT/EEC merchant number will not be responsible for paying Spanish VAT currently at 21% on intra-community transactions.
If a VAT/EEC commercial number is not provided, the VAT in force in the country of destination of the order will be charged.
We make every effort to keep the prices on our website up to date, however any changes to such prices are subject to change without notice. If an item has been underpriced in error, we will contact you and offer you the following three options:
1. Placing a new order at the correct price for the goods;
2. Cancellation of the entire order;
3.Cancellation of your order for products with incorrect prices and reconfirmation of your order for products with correct prices.
If you do not choose one of the three available options within 14 days, your order will be cancelled. Any payments received from you in respect of canceled items will be credited to your original payment method.
Any change that occurs to your order due to lack of stock, wrong price, etc. It will be communicated to you as soon as possible in writing by the NIRAMI team.
The price of an item does not include shipping costs.
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, due to customs issues.

Modification of orders already placed:
Any change to the order must ALWAYS be communicated by e-mail to [email protected] and the NIRAMI team will check if the change is possible and under what conditions.
We do not accept returns of merchandise, unless the merchandise has arrived damaged, wrong and/or defective.
Any claim/return must ALWAYS be communicated by e-mail to [email protected] indicating the reason for the return, the product to be returned and the order number.
If you receive defective or incomplete products upon arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item by e-mail to [email protected].
It is very important to send detailed photos of all damage to the product, packaging and the box where the product came.

If the requested return is due to a malfunction of a product, you must also send us a video where the defect can be clearly seen.
Once the requested images are received, your account manager will contact you to provide a solution as soon as possible.
No claims or returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise;
If you do not return the products within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred during the recovery of the products;
We do not cover failures caused by accident, negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear caused by the customer.
Consumable items such as non-rechargeable batteries will be replaced if found to be non-functional upon delivery, consumable items (e.g. batteries) are not covered for replacement during 'normal' use;
Please do not place duplicate orders for replacement of damaged/defective products. Wait for the response/instructions from the NIRAMI team.
If we mistakenly supply you with additional items, you must notify us immediately in writing by e-mail to [email protected]. Items must be returned in accordance with our returns procedure. Once the products have been returned you will be refunded any reasonable transport charges incurred for the return.
If you do not inform us of receipt of additional items and are found to be in possession of goods for which you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods in full.
All products have a manufacturer's warranty period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the products (unless otherwise stated and consumables are excluded). This warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Please note that the warranty does not cover you for defects in the products resulting from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accidents, negligence on your part or by third parties, use other than in accordance with their intended use. Consumable items (e.g. batteries) are covered for physical defects in accordance with the terms above. Consumable items (e.g. batteries) are not covered for replacement during 'normal' use.
All of our products intended for cosmetic use are certified and tested as required by law, and ingredients for any of these items are available upon request.
NIRAMI strongly recommends that end users of these products perform a patch test before using any cosmetic product for the first time, and periodically thereafter, as allergies may develop from repeated use of ANY cosmetic product.
